Pyfone
Corporate chat

Your company's messenger, inside the phone you already use

Chats with colleagues, department groups that build themselves, files and alerts from your systems — in the same Pyfone app as your calls, with the same login. The conversation stays on our servers, not in Telegram, Slack or a stranger's cloud.

Everything a team chat needs

On iPhone, Android and the web — the same conversations everywhere.

One-to-one chats

Message any colleague in your company. Only your company — nobody outside sees you or writes to you.

Department groups, automatically

Every group you set up for calls gets its own chat. Someone joins or leaves the department — the chat follows within a minute.

Your own groups

Put together the people for a project or a client yourself.

History on every device

Start on the phone, carry on in the browser. A new phone shows the old messages straight away.

Read status that agrees

Read on the phone — it is read on the laptop too. Unread counters per chat.

Push to every device

iPhone and Android get the message even while the web is open. Mute a chat once — it stays quiet everywhere.

Files up to 200 MB

Photos, video, voice, documents — kept on our servers, not in a third-party drive.

Formatting

Bold, quotes, code and real tables — reports read like reports.

Disappearing messages

Set a lifetime and the message removes itself.

Delete for everyone

Remove a conversation for all its members; the action is written to the log.

Call the group from the chat

One button turns a group chat into a group call or video conference.

Buttons in messages

A bot asks — people answer with a tap, and the answer goes back to your system.

Your systems write to the chat

Billing, CRM, monitoring, ticketing — anything that can call an API can post into the chat through a bot.

  1. 1
Create a bot in the portal

A company admin adds a bot under Integrations and gets a key. The key works only inside your company.

  2. 2
Send to a person or a group

A ticket goes to the person responsible, an outage to the NOC group, a low balance to the account manager. A bot writes into a group only after it has been added to it.

  3. 3
    Delivered, not lost

Each message reports «delivered» or «waiting in queue»; a repeated send is not duplicated; a long report is split into parts (1/N).

We use it ourselves: our own billing, route-quality and sales alerts moved here from a Telegram bot — several hundred messages a day.

Why a company chat of your own

Your data stays with you

Messages, files and address books live on our servers — not with a messenger company, not in a foreign cloud. The only outside services are Apple and Google, which iOS and Android require to deliver a push.

One app, one login

Calls, contacts and chat in Pyfone. No second messenger to install, no second account to manage when someone joins or leaves.

Isolated by company

Every company gets its own separate chat. People see only colleagues; a bot's key works only inside its company.

Open standard

Built on an open messaging standard — no lock-in to one vendor, and room to grow with features we add ourselves.

Secure and ready for scale

Encrypted connections

Every device talks to the server over an encrypted connection.

Guarded sign-in

The same Pyfone account as your phone, with protection against password guessing.

Load-tested

1,000 users in 10 companies, about 100 messages a second, zero failures — on two processor cores.

Bring your team into one app

Chat comes with your Pyfone account: sign up, add your people, and the department chats appear on their own.
